Oh God I don't even wanna talk about today. Had to go to the dentist, I hate the dentist so much, it scares the hell out of me :( stress binged before and after. I wanna estimate it at about 3000 calories, probably more. I do not wanna get on the scale tomorrow but I will, I have to chart my failure. I did it and the consequence will be the number on the scale. Ugh, fuck my life why did I do that.
